This house is a duplex with a North and South side, and this rental option is to book the North side, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sleeping capacity of 8 guests. Have a larger group? Book both sides for a total of 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a sleeping capacity of 16 guests.

The Dunes Subdivision's 2 pools and hot tub are just a few steps away, with no major roads to cross. Enjoy swimming or laying out on the pool deck.
