Welcome to "Cookin' Up Fun 1"! (the beach house formerly known as Sea La Vie) This beachfront house has 5 bedrooms and a gulf view private pool. The large pool deck will be guests' favorite spot to relax, and the pool can even be heated seasonally by request (with a fee). This beautiful house is 2 stories tall and sleeps up to 21 people! Other amenities at this vacation home include parking for up to 6 cars, a large charcoal grill, a private boardwalk to the beach, and more. The sugar-white sands and crystal blue waters are just a few steps away, so head down your private boardwalk and enjoy!

The first floor of this house contains the living room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony accesses. The living room is spacious and cozy, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a movie night. The couch is also a sleeper sofa, offering extra sleeping space. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and entertain. The bar is large with seating for 6, and the dining area is right next to it. You will also find the Master bedroom on the first floor, with a King bed and a private bathroom. 

Heading upstairs, you will find the 4 more bedrooms. Two of them offer King beds, private bathrooms, and gorgeous Gulf views. The fourth bedroom contains 2 queen over queen bunks, and the fifth bedroom contains 2 twin over twin bunks and 3 more twin beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom. The beautiful and cozy accomodations in this home are sure to provide the vacation of your dreams!

Does your group need more bedrooms? If so, please look into Cookin' Up Fun 2, which is directly next door, to the East. It is an 8 bedroom, 8.5 bath beach house that sleeps up to 24, and it also has a private pool!  Rent one or both and have up to 13 bedrooms!
